About the role:

As a foundational member of the sales team, you will help make our customers successful and deliver a great experience. You’ll collaborate across operations, product and engineering to support existing processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and creatively solve for business goals. You will:

  • Become a TopFunnel product expert and educate customers on the use and benefits of our products
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with assigned customers to continually delight them with a positive, customer-centric attitude. 
  • Provide proactive strategic and tactical guidance to your customers to help them achieve their hiring goals through the use of TopFunnel
  • Troubleshoot technical and operational customer support issues quickly and efficiently
  • Collaborate with your teammates in Sales, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to ensure an exceptional customer experience and solve persistent technical issues.
  • Be a customer advocate while capturing customer feedback and reporting requests to Product, and Engineering teams
  • Efficiently manage time to focus on essential activities to ensure customer satisfaction, product and feature adoption, account renewal, and account growth
  • Develop and share best practices with team members to continually improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our processes
  • Contribute to upgrade revenue through increased product adoption and usage
